I've noticed that when i cast rapid shot, the cooldown timer instantly shows 2-3 secconds of the cooldown complete, and when it shows the skill is ready to be used again, it wont allow it to be recast for another 2-3 secconds after icon is lit up. As far as i can tell there is nothing wrong with the mechanics of the cooldown, merely the icon display. Just thought i'd give you a heads up if you didn't already know . (As a side note, it could just be me seeing this issue)

If admin could please see that this is corrected, recast timer should reflect rings as well as regular recast, it's an annoying bug that all rangers have to deal with.

I told admin about this during the first fight of sunscale on danu about 1-2 weeks ago, obviously it was a admin since his name was ADMIN and was level 1000, but it still hasnt been fixed, plus he responded so they know about it
