Finally no more ksing clans

This would be so amazing. I don't really care about the loss of competition. Servers with a top clan. Like seriously top. That dominate others get all drops. Sometimes we'll get em here and there, it's now better but this would help alot.
Plus there's a way to lose the lock which makes it great.

And also cause more campung because everyone wants that first hit, i could imagine a warrior with his druid on other device or just another druid camping a boss spawn and attack it when it spanws then just wait for the clan to show up and group them and take the kill. I am against target lock

I imagine if this doesn't get implemented a player with a high level rogue and a high level ranger on another device coming up on a boss being killed by a group of players 30 levels lower then him and ksing the mob .... O wait that happens already. Don't be so arrogant when you make a post. The reality is that if a warrior and a Druid can stay alive on a mob then I'm ok with them gettig the opportunity to kill a mob. Pleas change the system to help force players to play the game the way it was designed

Of course, I think that is a necessary part of the implementation.

To those that see it as a loss of competition, it's starting to turn from competitions between clans to dominance. There's no competition unless there is someone to compete with!

An alternative option is to have the ability to 'bind' groups. This means group A and group B can join forces by request but drops, gold and xp drop to both groups as if they were the only group fighting. This still allows competition but also prevents some kill stealing.

Have they mentioned an ETA for locked combat? Or just a ballpark answer of when we may see this in game? Update 4? In the next few patches?

To all who like this idea of target lock. Think about this. Higher lvls will have a run at bosses like no other now. All a clan needs (which we have) ranger with bolas and rogues with play dead and health sigs (I have 700 health sigs and a grand play dead) and they will OWN CELTIC HEROES! Boom no more competition, we will own the server. So I say bring on the target lock system I can't wait to sell my drags for one million gold! so much for the new players buying plat right?


Now on the other hand. I do not KS anyone but some players on golg because of old grudges and some players deserve it period. Bring on the stupid target lock system. A big BOOOO CH.

Basically is going back to previuos system only adding the visible lock, the previous system had a big flaw as this one ,you calm the tank the boss will sweep all others in group and all druids, resseting the lock and give the kill to other group you only need a tank and druid to do so .
