sigh, another hacking issue. have you read this? The only way anyone can access your account is if you share your password with them or choose an obvious password that is easy to guess.

Just make a non obvious password, keep your password to yourself, don't tell anyone or type it into any websites.

Follow this simple rule and you can never be hacked, your account will be 100% safe. if you have been hacked, thats your own fault, and there is no way someone can represent admin as him/herself and if so, do you have screenshots of him/her acting as admin? if no one bothers to follow these simplerules, why should admin bother posting these SIMPLE rules?

Sorry to bother you again, but any idea how long this process may take? I just would like to have an idea of how long I will have to wait before I know if my accounts will be returned. I really love this game and just don't want to waste my time making a new ranger if mine will be returned, thank you in advance.

Tonni has advised me that he heard back from support and they told him the case was closed and he would not get his accounts back. I understand your rules of sharing account info (no need for anyone to chime in and state the obvious like I've seen done so many times) but tonni was tricked into giving out his info and he is a new player has only been around maybe 2 weeks and I doubt he has been over forums and seen all the post about people getting scammed and that onethumbmobile would never ask a player for their account info. So I ask would you atleast return the accounts to the rightful owner as he has worked hard and spent a lot of money on these accounts. He understands he can not get any of his items back that have been traded away he just wants the accounts. I also ask that Kagura/mrsmiracle/evilmiracle be banned from this game as this is not the first time he has attempted this an has also scammed multiple people in the past. Thank you so much for your time you have spent on this matter and I hope to hear back from you soon.

An update:
This whole thing sucks. Kagura and ShooToKill just logged in together and grouped me on my Mage, Detor. Kagura of course admitted no involvement and has been "out of town,at camp" , while he was away his "friend" ShooToKill (aka MrsMiracle his brother) admitted to stealing my accounts and moving all my items except warden to an alt character named hexslayer. That character of course you guys have already blocked since I'm sure you tracked that my items went there (I am assuming since I was told that account was blocked). Anyway, Kagura says "he left his phone home" which just happened to have my account info on it with a neon sign saying.....log into these 2 accounts and steal everything and move to another account that isn't traceable to me!! When I asked Kagura who had been logging into his account while he was "at camp without his phone" he said, "I save my account info on my device" he did not bother to elaborate on whom was using said device only that he shared his account with it. I of course took about 20-30 screenshots of this totally fun and enjoyable conversation for support and the communities enjoyment ( I will upload them from my iPad later after I nap ) I wish I had come to these forums before I started listening to ppl in game about who they were or claimed to be, alas I usually only get on forums after dedicating myself to a game and I havnt been playing for more than a month or so. Anyway, sorry to bother you and the readers of this nail biter of a thread, but I wanted to update you as to the situation. Let me know if there is anymore information you would like , and to the rest of Herne please at all costs avoid........Kagura,MrsMiracle,EvilMiracle,Aiustha,ShooTokill,Mercy and any of the other known characters of this dynamic duo or trio( I'm not sure how many of them there are ) of brothers on any of thier 20+ scammed/stolen/created accounts. As for myself I will see how support handles the situation before I decide if I want to continue playing the game as my accounts are blocked as per the game rules and my items are on a blocked trash account that I have no connection to except that it's holding my things hostage ( I should be able to prosecute the thieves for grand larceny ). Sorry for the long winded post, just wanting to convey all possible information for the protection of others on the server and for support.

Ummmmm.....my stolen accounts seem to be unlocked but I have not heard anything from anyone to give me the passwords or anything. I'm hoping you at least changed the passwords so the thieves cannot access them again......

The passwords have been reset on both accounts, and the e-mail address that is registered to these accounts is now the same as the one you used to register to the forums.

You should be able to now reset your password on both accounts using the Reset Password option from the Support screen on the Main Menu, before you press Log In or Continue. This will send a new password to your e-mail address.

Thank you for returning my accounts. I really appreciate all the help with this matter....now to find a way to replace $1000 in items without the wife knowing...
