The only way anyone can get your items is if you give them your items.
Keep your items to yourself, do not give or lend them out to other players.
If you follow this rule you will never be scammed.
The only way anyone can access your account is if you share your password with them or choose an obvious password that is easy to guess.
Just make a non obvious password, keep your password to yourself, don't tell anyone or type it into any websites.
Follow this simple rule and you can never be hacked, your account will be 100% safe.
Guys, if you didn't read this that admin always emphasise, I want to reinforce that these rules are very true, if you get hacked/scammed that is your own problem, you don't deserve to get admin to help you, and if everyone that gets hacked/scammed went to ask admin for help, wouldl't admin be very busy? These rules would be very useless then, if no one follows them. Admin should not help you guys as you deserve it for not following these rules.
Re: Hacking/Scamming
#2Yet people will continue to post they got hacked without clarification that they did not share their password ![Laughing ](./images/smilies/icon_lol.gif)

Re: Hacking/Scamming
#3yes since admin has already posted these rules, they should leave players to take FULL responsibility of their accounts, so more people will take these rules more seriously.
Re: Hacking/Scamming
#4We are finding after investigating pretty much all of support requests saying they were hacked and didn't give out their password, in fact clearly were handing out their passwords to people.
We are tightening things up in the next update with email confirmation required for account actions and notifications if someone changes the password and things like that, but for now all we can really do right now is keep repeating to people not to share their passwords.
You can all do your bit to help and pass this onto the players who don't read the forums, it would be most appreciated..

Re: Hacking/Scamming
#5In the first place these people did not even follow such a SIMPLE rule, so why bother helping them? Let them learn a lesson and I've heard about admin disabling people's account for this, what if they are lying or something, and isn't it a waste of time dealing with so many problems just because people did not follow the rules?

#7That was pretty common knowledge tbh, I thought it was pretty obvious that they would have shared passwords at some point. Lol, noobsWe are finding after investigating pretty much all of support requests saying they were hacked and didn't give out their password, in fact clearly were handing out their passwords to people...
