Here's another:

Get some water on one of your family members' toothbrushes. Shut it in the fridge and when they need to brush their teeth, put it back. There will be ice in their toothbrush and their reaction will be priceless.

Sync your pc up with your i device, when someone is using it when they look away for 2 seconds load up a picture of a scary looking clown xD

This is the best prank call ever. Talk pretty fast and serious.
