Well Thx for the post.
Though we have killed aggragoth for 6 times, we still need to work out a way of less druids.
Now I think I may have got it.

The only problem is that we may have no 140+ rogues/rangers(mainly rogues) who may easily interrupt adds' group heal.
Well, hope our great warriors could also deal with those adds.
