How much are Brooms? I know the guy in FarCrag sells it, but what exactly does it do? Can you attack with it? Can you ride it? Is it even that good? Just wondering, I can't view that shop yet and I'm getting 20K here relatively soon.

So I have a Level 27 Warrior on Epona. Am I able to USE that account on another world? Or is this game setup where if you make an account on Epona, it can only be used on Epona alone.
