Forgot to add...I have tried to reset password through game sending me an email. Keeps telling me email was sent. However, no email has arrived to do this the easy way.

Sorry....I blame this all on myself. One of my kids deleted CH from my iPad. I reinstalled game...but problem is I forgot my password. I have have sent in tickets and also emailed support@otm. So far no response using those methods for several days...thought I would try here. Any help would be great...
