Spirit mounts are like the tier 7 version of hellsteads. With better stats and movement speed. Honestly hellsteads are just for show imo or could be used for pvp. I would sell or you can keep if you are a collector.

For lixing i would recommend haste quiver. Dl and EDL quivers for bosses with a haste popped.
