Celtic Heroes

Well all good things come to an end or in my case a hiatus. It is with sadness that I type these words. I have decided to back away from Celtic Heroes. It seems that I have let things in my life slide that need to be addressed. This has nothing to do with this amazing game or any of the people that I play with but something I need to deal with outside the game where I have a life that needs attending to. At first I was just going to back off some but some recent events have forced me to make a more drastic break. My plans are to perhaps play some on the weekends but I have to play this by ear.

I wanted to let everyone on the server know that I enjoyed the friendships that we created. I wish I would have been able to develop more and spend more time with folks. I think I told someone that every time I play CH something amazing happens. It is quite true. Every time I made a friend, gave away something someone needed, helped someone with a quest, helped someone level, healed someone, gave some good advice, it felt amazing!

Because I believe a clan needs a leader that is around often, I have stepped down and appointed Xellaya as acting Chief. I think everyone likes Xell and she will be able to handle the banking stuff as well. But the main reason I picked her is becasue she is a caring person! She is all about helping people and why we started the clan to begin with. I have also appointed Drzzt as the co-chief. I actually wish we could have several chiefs. I know that many of you will help Xell and I believe you have already started. Thanks for everything guys and I promise I will be back. I did not give away or sell any of my kit because I do want to come back.

Being the Chief of one of the most powerful clans in CH, I can come close to understanding some of the demands of the position. What you and your crew in Awawn have created is special and worth recognition. Take your well deserved break, and hurry back as soon as you can. You'll be missed.

Although I do read these forums, (they are actually what made me try this game), this will be my first time actually posting... Thank you Raven; as you know you are the reason that I came to this game. Your maturity and insight on how to play the game is refreshing and spot on.

You will be missed and cannot be replaced but we all understand real life. Take care of things and come back when all is well.

Life come before games birdy. We <3 you, hopefully we'll see you back with us soon.

Here is a wise phrase that i learned from my days as a child from one of the wises man i have ever met: "Always make your self happy first but never forget the light that shines at your path"
i do hope u guys understand this phase if u dont then here is the point: it is saying make yourself happy before u make others happy so thats like raven playing CH but if u make yourself happy to much then u will forget the path as in things in your life like job or wife/husband or school etc.
