If I PM a thousand people that names and shames someone, and I have a screenshot to prove it, then it's okay?

BTW, I'm not saying D0nk0 is naming and shaming somebody, I'm just curious that we aren't allowed to post something on the public forums about scammers/account sellers but if it's a mass PM (even if it's to every user here), then the forum rules don't apply?

In a way, I suppose I am only passing on the players details to people that actually ask for them, if i spam messaged everyone onthe forum then iI could see that as being an issue.
Also I am not making it common knowledge.
However other chiefs, generals and guardians should know about this in case they don't realise they bare getting a sold account into their clan.

Our clan let the unnamed seller in without knowing the full details so we were able to kick him quickly.

We also use kik and groupme for things like this, but not everyone is privey to our conversations.

So I basically think that OTM is giving people have the right to know, but only if they ask to see it and it is not forced on them.

No word from OTM on if there are looking into this or investigating.

Sending an in-game message is the most effective way of reporting an account seller. We do not require screenshots to investigate a player; sending them in may actually slow the process down.

We have done in game already, I have emailed screen shots to [email protected] sp that you can easily see where the selling was and who the racist comment were aimed at, to make it easier for you guys to investigate.

I have no faith in OTM of banning Account Sellers and Scammers
I know afew people that have done these things abunch of times, yet people send in tons of tickets yet there still on playing an doing there usual bad deeds
In other MMORPGs I've played they ban these types of players on the spot, yet on this game you seem so slack on enforcing No Scam/Account Selling Policy
Nothing personal I love this game and your company, just gotta step up
