Lol I'm actually not sure, those were in the clan when I logged in and I asked why are there so many people under lev req? And the one who answered who's Bourne and he said some was his banks and alts he has so many -.- he recruits random people :/

Yes, the problem is they only hitch a ride and then leave.
Though it's ok to do that I find it quite hurtful for the fellow cheftains.

Some times you can only get out what you put into it, then again what you do does reflect the level of your output, so if you act like an **** then they will follow suit, but there are players who just act like an **** no matter what you do.
Take a leap of faith every time, you will get burned, you could get used or you could find a great player to stick with you, just keep making that blind leap and it will pay off.
