Buying a cheaper 80% Ancient Relic Staff with no camo? or 10% camo?

i just want the 80% speed boost and dont want to have to pay 1mill for a celestial staff

I have a 80% serpent staff i may be willing to part with depending on the offer. No camo, but serpent staffs are rarer then dragon staffs and 10 camo is almost worthless(i said ALMOST) so they're worth bout the same
