Why are some people that make this game less fun?

First, srry for my poor english, ill try to explain whats up with me today.
A while ago, we were assembling a group to kill goretusk boss. Then came Seiya and his group and knowing that we were almost ready to start, without hearing anything, he started the fight.
We told him we were first, but it looks that does not care. Finally took the award but that award insignificant to me, for me it is significant that there are people who do not respect others. It's a game and what really hooked me is that it's fun, it's a shame that there are people acting like that. Today also I've heard that he ks High levels kills.
Think well form a group with such people as you can get into a mess.
PS: Now I'm glad for not borrow him my ice sword so many times as he asked me, because probably i still use my old tower shield shield XD
