Hi guys,

I just logged in for the first time in over a year to have a rather unpleasant surprise.
One of my accounts had been accessed (on August 5th if I believe the weird password reset email sent to me by CH's support) and my items & platinum were gone, some characters were also deleted. Luckily, I dispatched my wealth on several accounts, so I haven't lost everything.

I was wondering if you guys had seen someone showing off with a lot of wealthy and very rare items during the past couple of months, this includes :

- a broom of doom (there are 3 in Gwydion (2 if you don't count the one from the inactive player), I was owning 2 of them - 1 of which has been stolen)
- a darkflame set (Indi owns one, and Gaby too, that's about it)

Also, I have never shared my information with anyone in-game, IRL or on the forums (password, email etc.) - until now I believed CH was un-hackable, now I start having doubts.

Please tell me if you have any information, this will hopefully help the support with their investigation!

Really not helpful but i saw someone with a broom of doom a new player too i think didnt know name maybe voldemort pls dont bash me on this im not really sure but i think thats the name he was in castle haven't seen him for a while

Voldemort is bhim, bhim and arj are close irl. Arj owns a broom of doom

I believe Bhim/Arjun is Voldemort11 not Voldemort. But I could be wrong. I am sorry to hear this Yathor, and unfortunantly I dont think you can get your stuff back but I am very sorry to hear this never the less.

You logged on in game in i think summer, and started selling stuff, so then ppl thought u were back and asked for things in ur forum shopping post. Im sprry to hear this, looks like somebody hacked ur account to sell things

Hopefully the support will be able to track down all the trades done by my characters in August, especially the last ones where all the cash/valuables are traded over to the hacker's account & with a bit of luck they will take the right measures.
