So what if someone bumped every topic would every topic be locked and the the person who bumped be banned from the forum with their ip address?

Ok this is going to become a convo about forum rules i suppose. And no, first they would be told to stop, then they would get a warning if they dont, then they can get a second warning for the same thing, then if they still dont stop its a temporary account ban, if they make a new account and keep doing it then an ip ban happens
