Not sure on the staff but snowman head 5-7k at best

Nah snowman heads 20k-40k and yule stave 50k-70

Both were pretty easy to get, so i imagion they are common on all worlds, but they are old too. They may be hoarded or on inactive alts. If you know where to look youll find them though
