Ive chosen to remain quiet on this topic, now for my say.
These drops are being hoarded, with the original plan hoarders were supposed to be banned from dicing, but look what happens, a group of high level, "lix hounds" start hoarding and the rule goes out the window.
These hoarders selecting those who "deserve" is a load of bull, for the "benefit of Lugh" these drops should go to anyone who needs, i personally know of a few warriors who need urns that would love them. Ive helped people of all classes on every type of piece of armour. I have given away from gems to crowns, not asking for repayment only the decency to pass on the favours, but i continue to see people hoard drops. I personally give away a drop i dont need as soon as someone asks usually.
Then we have a sales perspective, the inequality in the market. Purple will sell at top range every time whereas blue will still struggle to be given away.
Inequality for drops sales prices is one of the main reasons i oppose this, this will further unbalence our economy, casters and rangers wont have anything to spend on, hell rogues i hear day in day out refuse gold offers simply because they "dont need gold." This wont change that fact, which still means people wont sell drops because they dont need gold... Then there is the other side. People would have to sell blues, green and yellows so cheaply due to the underpopulation of these classes, which would mean lower levels would buy these cheaply then no have to put any real effort into their pieces.
Another problem, people wanted to "gear the higher levels first" but when people sell drops any old player with plat/gold can outbid someone who is high leveled and virtually snipe an armour piece off the player...
