Android users are currently not able to submit in-game support tickets due to a UI issue, Bank filters are also not working at this moment. Apple Users are getting disconnected when switching servers when using Apple Sign-In.
On the good side, players that were impacted by the Apple Sign-In issues the past week, have now received 2 packs of platinum, adding up to a total of 660 platinum.
