Server Restart - 4 PM - Server Changes

Hey Heroes,
Servers will be restarting in 20 minutes at 4PM GMT as we apply a server side fix to reduce server stress (this was tested earlier on Taranis with positive results)
All world servers will be restarted as we apply this change.
Time to finish up your bounties, bosses and quests!
