i can only think of heroes landing and northern peninsula. Even then, it has a bit of a gap. THeres no level 30-38 fish

u missed highshore village... its from 30-45.... dont remember upper limit thou

I made a list on another post named "Fishing" which has a list in it telling you where to fish from at different levels. If you need help with finding a fishing spot then look there.
