Celtic Heroes

I have been trying to kill that guy for ages, but can't find him. I got the quest when I was like lvl 10, now I'm lvl 23 and still haven't seen him once.
Is this some kind of bug or am I just out of luck?

Also another problem I have is that those numbers at the bottom right corner go red and as they reach 30000 my game says connection lost to server and logs me out. This happens like 30 times in a day.

Lockjaw wanders around so the key is standing in one spot of his route and waiting for him. (and hoping someone else isnt waiting at another place to kill him)

As for the lag issue with the speeding ping.... sometime rebooting my device helps

Thanks a lot. Finally killed that Lockjaw and after rebooting my device the ping doesn't crash anymore.
