Hi guys, thanks for all the feedback.

We do our best to support the game however of course we will make an occasional mistake and we will attempt to rectify any of these as best we can.

Also we will continue to learn and improve our support, as well as fix any issues with the current game that are causing problems.

For example we have added a lot more logging recently to enable us to more accurately trace any issues that have happened in the game, as well as improving things like the trade screen which now has a final confirm screen allowing you to inspect the items one more time before agreeing to the trade.
