On the main pic wich shows all the classes why does the rogue have two long daggers is there another one coming out?

I believe you are referring to the Warden Quest Weapon, namely the Dagger of The Darkest Night. It can only be acquired after completing the weapons quest, obtaining the required discs and go to the six Druids on Peninsular for it.

i think he was talking about how the rouge has 2 daggers but right now you can only get 1 . i think off hand warden might be coming out in either the next update or a future patch
