Will there be new skills in PVP, will any class be overpowerd? or will all be equal?

The aim is obviously to keep all classes equal, and thats no easy task. Right now details are scarce and I'm not sure how they're going about PvP other then there will be 1v1 dueling and etc. As far as skills go, I assume they're staying the same because I haven't heard otherwise - but perhaps we'll just have to wait and see.

Classes will be balanced in the beta test and before you make a post search what you want to post in the search bar so that you are not repeating topics.
