This is the most usable dl offhand in all 5 classes the others are crappy.

Mind explaining how its better than the 150 lux offhand that has regen?

I didnt say anything about being better than lux item, and tiny regen kinda doesnt matter anyways cuz almost evry high lvl druids rely on sigils anyways and the skill enrgy cost is huge and let say ur lux offhand regens 40, and ur skills cost like 300-500 enrgy that regen only helps tiny bit lol
