I have heard that there are going to be new skills...
So, what are they??
Could you guys list them and tell them what they do?

I don't know much about them.
But I can tell you that there were some remnants of ideas for skills floating about before. There was huge demand for a large group heal for druid and I think that is most likely gonna come out. I also think that some skills will need to be gained through quests, not just bought.
Beta Testers can confirm that, but they might be under 'orders' not to tell anybody
For a start, You aint gonna get any more info anyway, especially from beta testers as the information cant be realeased (sort of a sworn-to-secrecy kind of thing). There are two reasons WHY:
1. things in beta are constantly changing and arent fixed due to bugs being repaired, stuff being patched in and out, etc. - this means that nothing can be promised either
2. Wouldnt want to spoil the surprise! in all seriousness the game wouldnt be fun if you knew what was gonna come out every time, just a personal view.
but on the plus side i think Mihindu is right, these are called AoE (area of effect) spells. as well as that there will probably be AoE damage spells as well, that deal damage to the whole group instead.
And also i think admin once gave a hint about the quest skills, saying nobody will know even when the update comes out what they are (except perhaps beta testers) until someone does the quest (obviously).
