Very strange reply... Not sure how 'no limit to number of recruits' insinuates that you take anyone, or that you have no strategy for that matter? .. It is simply stating that as long as someone meets your requirements (personal and gaming-related), you will take them (if members don't have any problems of course).

Some people that you wanted to join Res also left for our clan.. They all came together, and great recruits they have been!

Ok I understand that now In any case, I don't really care who kills what first. I care that everyone gets to share in the crappy necro loot! Congrats on your kills, and the many more to come.

We are not recruiting and we have not posted in forums to recruit people, neither did we recruit in shout, we dont have to do all those things, Its just many are asking for clan invite. Im not sure why. Many were not accepted, those who were accepted still undergo probi period until we re sure that the player understands and enjoy the clan he joined. Many didnt last even after invite tho.
Enough number of people to make a kill is not enough, with our active members, many can take a break and attend to real life without holding back the clan. In fact, our chief tested our clan's strength recently by making a less than an hour notice to make a group to kill necro, and 3 watchers from other worlds were there im not sure if you re one of them. Our weakest group still made the kill.

Also, we dont have a problem with our loot dist system, like goodies said it was their since 2012, our aim is to gear up everybody. So that we dont have to rely on certain group of people to make an end game boss kill.

Im also thankful on some of innercircle's recruits from Arawn, because of them, Resurgence was created.

If you are saying we don't have a strategy, then you should log your level one arawn necro camper again and take a closer look at what we are doing.

To clarify on this, a toon who used to be on arawan but transfered to rhia, once watched us during an entire necro fight. We've been watched by someone from lugh 3 times(+1 more from today). Earlier last week we had a record of 3 other worlds "meticulously" watching us

I have not seen anyone's kill. Watched you once when you failed 3 times in a row before you had ever downed necro, have not watched anyone since.

I never said you did.. I said having a large clan is good for taking bosses, not so good for distribution. I know myself it's not easy to maintain a KP system with a lot of players.

We thankfully have a couple awesome people that work very hard to keep track of this. Without their efforts, it would be very hard. Luckily the system they came up with, and the hard work they do, keeps our end game running smoothly. I wish every clan had people as dedicated as them!

Your vastly incorrect. While we have killed about 300 bosses the amount of dkp and bonus dkp doesn't help new recruits while some have 12k dkp and new recruits have 0.

Its odd how the rejects we have not accepted in our clan which accepts everyone but some how are in your clan? I'm lost. 21 190+ rogues seems bad for loot distribution imo lol.

Your about 4 months behind the top 3 clans in killing necro your opinion is mute imo. Your claim that the loot is garbage is a horrible excuse. Some loot is however there is massive hidden gems in there for certain builds and reasons. Bcuz uou haven't discovered it doesn't mean its garbage. We were 3rd only by like 2 days and by saving tons of plat . Were not a massive plat wasting clan just to get first, we could care less. However, we are by far the most consistent.

Each server is different in the way clans are organized, the players they have, and the approach they take to things. Comparing servers is like comparing apples and tomatoes. They are both fruit and very good, but you wouldn't put a tomato on a fruit salad, and you wouldn't put an apple on a cheeseburger

in my opinion, comparing servers is pointless. There is no way of knowing who is best. Just congratulate the other servers for their accomplishments and wish the others the best of luck in completing the end game bosses. When we fight each other, we are not fighting monsters, and that's what Crom wants!

Although take my opinions with a grain of salt, because they are a lot different than other people's. if it was me, now that Arawn has killed 45 necros, I would just share our strategy with everyone so that everyone would know how great our clan is

In my opinion it mostly depends on the clan members on the clans success.

A clan where everyone is freely recruited isnt going to have as much success as a clan that does selective recruiting as it limits drama. Drama is what often destroys clans and gameplay for individuals.

The leader and generals need to be mature and experienced with strong tactical skills emanating a brilliant aura that inspires many to play with teamwork, looking after others before themselves which is infact extremely rare as the human nature is to serve yourself then others.

The top clans in the rankings all have these traits in common.
