Unfortunately server restarts after changes like these are a possibility, a multitude of things can go wrong and instability issues can occur.

Design had found an issue that needed to be fixed, while I know it is common practice to run to bosses immediately issues like these can occur.

We are sorry for any game play interruption and items lost.

Whose idea was it to bring back the tripled Skain timer that pretty much everybody hated based on tons of forum feedback? Seriously...?

A lot of players really enjoyed it but those are not the kind of posts you see on the forums day to day.

We want to boost the Skain drops but in the natural way of a full event. Still going to have to put work in for those drops I'm afraid.

Servers are all up, sorry for the downtime.
