I'm about to get a breastplate from the wardens but I need a amber crystal horn but nobody knowers what or where to get it.... someone help

I believe you can still get it as just the other day I killed the magical unicorn and got a diamond horn.
It was a drop from a previous version of the quest and sending an in-game support ticket should get you on the newer quest.

Submit a ticket. You somehow have the really old version of that quest it sounds like. Unless something changed while I've been away.

I don't think he wants to change it by now assuming his alt might be lower than the normal requirement formwardens and everyone knows they would love a legacy toon.
