So it should be pretty easy for us to calculate the drop rate of black party hats.
Hopefully if you have found a Black hat, you kept nearly all the cakes you got.
Simply post how many cakes you had when you found your party hat. This should be easy because people probably stop getting cakes when they found their hat lol.
Then we can average everyones number of cakes when the found the hat and know what the odds are of finding one. Ie: on average how many blackhats you have to kill before you will get a black hat yourself.
