Does 2 handed blunt ability increase faster than its counterpart? Because it seems so slow to increase blunt ability with 2hand. Or is it normal and already sped up, if not its unfair to 2handed blunt users right?

Then you should wear a one handed for a small while. you hit faster and probably train faster this way. and it isn't unfair I guess. You can switch any time.
