Question for clans:

How much planning does it require to gather your members for a BT raid? Interested in knowing what methods you employ to prepare and communicate.

We use a class poll on Line. We kill it on a Saturday and put up a poll a couple of days before - mages, vines, main tank grp (druids) etc. If we get close to the requisite numbers we roll with it. So yea, couple of days planning for us since it requires about 80% of our active endgame toons. Many are dual/trilogged too so if a couple can’t make it, it’s a problem.
