I believed Admin has never once said that there will no longer be new items for OW lux. This is supported by Scavenger ending conversation -The Scavenger will have lots of new items very soon. Return here again and you may find a new treasure to interest you. This was noticed right from the beginning.

The fact is there will always be flaws and room for improvement as CH will always be a developing game, never fully developed. This is why we have forums to post bugs and queries to provide constructive feedback back to Admin and his merry crew. There are numerous ways for you to post this topic using a lesser tone but you have to go down like this. Just negatively and lack of appreciation for Admin in responding to your post. Just pure raging..

Well a good friend of mine bought a 300k orb and it didn't turn out to work well for him. Support told him more or less sorry no refunds. Best offer he got all day from a player was 100k. He had to sell the orb back to the shop at a loss of 150k.

A $30 mistake it seems. Ouch.

The problem is we have no idea how good an item will work for us untill we try it. If we try it and it ends up not working for us, we are out $30. There are multiple ways this could be fixed.

One is allow us to "try it on" and see how our percentage to block or evade or damage reduction or addition is effected without actually getting the item.

Along those lines if we just were given a % to hit or dodge or evade ect a attack from the last monster we fought, we could better know how much armor, defense, attack ect. that we need and actually know what items to buy. Right now were shootin from the hip.

Second is to have sell back price much closer to buying price so we don't take as big of a hit if the item doesn't turn out to do what we were anticipating.

how about you just ask for a refund on the lux items you don't want. send an in-game ticket and leave it off the forums.

What a great solution...I see no problem with this, if you want that dagger so badly then ask for something to be refunded and buy it. Simple.

Hi just to be clear, support has specifically been instructed to fully refund any purchases from the wraith shop - so I'm not sure how this happened, but if you let me know his character name and world I can look into it.

sounds like a problem solved to me. It's easy to go on a rage when there is real money involved. If everyone can get a refund on the lux items from the scavenger then that also sounds like a trial period. Great job admin! Thanks for sticking with us, even when people complain about getting what they want!

Admin please consider the following idea. If items could be returned or bought back at 90% of value instead of 50% then this would not be a problem. People would buy more of the lesser items because it would be much easier to trade up without such a huge loss. Then when new items came out you would not have as much complaining. The originator of this post would be able to get 720 of his 800 back which is a hit but not that hard to recover. Hey we make purchase errors which is ok but taking a 50% hit is too painful. Example why would anyone buy quartz armor? All you need for diamond is a way to run across the gauntlet and collect a few gems and poof diamond. One toon giving an escort is all that is needed. There are very few mid level items in play because it is not worth it to buy them. Please reconsider all the buyback prices.
