It depends. Yes all worlds have scammers. And yes there is ksing. But that's mostly for big bosses and to do them you need to join a clan.
for low lvls: Kind people get helped a lot but beggers and irritating people get ignored a lot and find it a bad world.

Danu isn't falling apart at all, there is just one clan in charge that has no competition...

I strongly recommend NOT I repeat NOT going to herne. It really blows. I feal like its the slums of ch. no one is nice hahaha. Stay away!
