Dersu the whole glassboard thing with you know who was not a clan decision or encouraged by our clan that was his own dumb judgement.
I don't doubt that one bit. Merely pointing out a bit of questionable judgment. I do apologize for my poor wording... it should have read "someone in your clan," and not "your clan." I appreciate your acknowledging it as dumb.
Also as far a ksing goes we have always said bosses are fair game from day one and ksing on mobs resulted from one of our clan members getting ksed on his Druid non stop to where he had to switch to warrior and only lvl Druid in a group and also from some of your more immature clan members spamming us with trades on a boss that we both started on at the same time.
Yup, I quite liked the FFA on bosses.... back when it was actual competition. You guys have set yourself up as a non-competition clan, however. There is no taking a boss if you guys are around. Thus, if you show up after we have begun, it is wasted money imho. Again, I only brought that up to point out that both "this" and "that" result in wasted money.
As for the whole ks on regular mobs... not sure what to say. Given what I know about the personalities and temperaments of who is in my clan vs. who is now in your clan... I have to ask you: isn't the person who ks-ed your buddy's Druid "non-stop" now your clanmate?
Regardless, I could care less about someone ks-ing when I've only got exp on the table... when I am lixed, however, and I have someone 30 levels higher than me following around ruining my game, that is just low.
And just as low as spamming trade requests on an opposing clan's boss fight. First I've heard of that. Like I know that some things aren't your entire clan's choice, so do you understand that that situation was not a clan directive. I thank you for using selective language.
So it goes both ways I have never been a fan of ksing mobs even though I got a kick out of 6 of your clan members grouping up and trying to ks me on lvl 145 and 150 dragons which by the way they failed miserably.
Yup, I think the level headed folks can agree that these situations are always two ways streets. Incidentally, you soloed lvl 145 and 150 dragons that 6 people couldn't kill? That is impressive, sir. My hat is off to you.
To get on topic of what kass said yea it sucks to have someone take aggro and run you around and possibly reset but that also has been going on from both sides even when it was still SS and NB but it still don't make it right.
Agreed. I didn't know it was an age old problem. Like I say, it is something the Devs need to sort out.
One last thing I have never gained knowledge of anyone in our clan using an account in your clan to gain info about bosses or anything else only thing I do know is a few of your members wispering us telling us a boss was up but not gonna mention their names.
Well I have, at the sake of better judgment, moved on from the shared account issue. As for the whispers, nothing new, nothing unknown, nothing unexpected... Ya gotta account for the fact that some people just want a stepping stone. I guess they think that tipping you off will get them in your good books.
All I can say to that, is, I expect you wouldn't want that sort of person in your clan (ie, should the tables turn, that same sort of person will be tipping us off). It is a character flaw, or some sort of misguided allegiance, or youth, I guess... sort of like the gimp in that film 300. Anyway, take it as a gift, and use the info while you can... when all is said and done, no clan would want a gimp like that, so once found out, those folks will be forced to abandon their mains and start alts for the shame.
Good chatting with you here, Atreyu. I don't know that I have seen you online for some time, but given your level you must still play. The timezone, perhaps.
