Nothing to it for 10-15. I would use sneaky as a rouge it makes a kill easier to level faster. Just wait til your in 80s and 90s it's hard then

I agree to what tea said; I didn't do fettle quest on my firt guy, but for one isn't guys I got him to lvl 35 using fettles from lvl 15, and i ended up deleting him. It kills ur abilities! But what I do is collect them and sell them hehe(: make tons of money(:

Yes Fettlecaps. collect 4 and you get tons of xp.

how do use them, is it just completing the quest?
