Wait a sec, is it against OTMs ToS to do the wall glitches in the castle, or the walk in the water fall to the right of tavern? Could you get in trouble if you do it cause my clan has meetings there!

EXPLOITING A GLITCH is against the ToS. I would suggest you report him using the in game support tool.

If its a glitch and it helps you in anyway, it is against otms ToS.

However, all of the glitches that don't help are fine to use (invisible mobs, walls that teleport you back to the ley, etc.).

These Carrowmore wall glitches are fixed in the next update. Wall glitches are against the ToS, and to my knowledge people have been given a temp ban for performing the fountain glitch in the castle because it unbalances PvP. These bugs have been fixed in the update. However, the one with casting skills from the safe zone in the arena has not since we are not able to reproduce it. Please post if you know how to perform it, so that it can be fixed.
