Could always be done, rangers can shoot things far enough away them that they are in melee range but not within agro range

Why report it? Did it bother u that much or r u being pathetic and trying to get 1 up on this person? I don't see any harm in what they was doing, if u needed the glad for the quest im sure u could of gotten lock over a lvl 67 so what u complaining about?
