Last Friday we had this issue in Morrigan, for over an hour not one can login in.

Both clans were staring at Mordris in a standoff, a handful of level 190 toons with no tank, does not a Mordris raid make. Believe me, we tried. I even told everyone to stop trying to connect and at least let a tank get in, no cigar.

Then at around the 1 hour 10m mark since Mordris was called, the floodgates opened and all 25 of our clannies (plus I assume more of them as welll) got in.

Please explain how that is not a login server issue, and that we caused it somehow because of our devices and our ability to simultaneously coordinate. a worldwide login server attack from USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Russia, Nepal, and Indonesia.

DDoS attacks are usually caused by thousands, if not, tens of thousands of bots, to bring a server down. I don't believe both clans have more than 50-60 trying to login around at the same time. If the login server was brought down to its knees from 50-60 connections, then I'd say that server is junk.

Scroll up and show me where I say there is no problem with the login server. Sounds like the above is a different problem, friddo described it as a problem caused by too many simeltaneous logins which I have problems with quite often. it is repeatable that you can bring the login server to its knees with probably as few as 10 devices all logging at the same time. 24 Definately, it happens all the time. Others that try to log within that timeframe of a minute or so get affected as well in all likelihood. At which point affected devices cannot further log until the connection is fixed which dosent apparently happen just by relogging, or restarting the app.

So yes you can ddos the login server with 10 ios devices, no need for an iot botnet lol.

Apparently OTM is in the same boat as you. 2 months of login server issues and no fix. Maybe they tried logging in with 24 devices and it also worked for them, so it must be our wifi or data connection.

Apparently OTM is in the same boat as you. 2 months of login server issues and no fix. Maybe they tried logging in with 24 devices and it also worked for them, so it must be our wifi or data connection.

Pretty much same as Aileron for me.

If there servers are damaged as you agree then why the laughing at how easy it is for you to log all your devices?

This is a separate issue, servers can't handle the influx of people logging and doesn't let people in.

If you read this thread, you would see that after posting what fixes one type of login issue where it's not possible to log for long periods, Friddo said that no, it's caused by too many people logging in a short time. That IS funny because every time I log it's analogous to a clan spam "zOMG1!!11 BOSS UP LOG!1!!1!!"

It may not be funny as in haha funny, but I do impose a login server load similar to a whole clan logging for a boss pretty much every time I play.

I bet it happens over a minute or longer. When I used to log normally, it was within about 4-5 seconds or around 268 to 320 logins per minute.

Further I've seen your clan state that only 45 log for gele so it sounds like it's not even double total and at least an order of magnitude fewer logins per second.

I bet it happens over a minute or longer. When I used to log normally, it was within about 4-5 seconds or around 268 to 320 logins per minute.

Further I've seen your clan state that only 45 log for gele so it sounds like it's not even double total and at least an order of magnitude fewer logins per second.

We get between 30-40 for gele but so does the other clan, it's not unusual to see 3 or 4 pages during gele and 3 pages during normal raids.
