If its botting by all means punish them but if its people running blue stacks, nox, or multiple devices then its fair game. I know a clan member of mine can run 50+ instances of the game at once using the nox player on their computer if they wanted too. Just because its a lvl 1 camping a spawn doesn't mean they are breaking TOS.

That just sounds like an a**hole who is screwing over other people. :/

Then again, you're always going to get people who look for loopholes.

The question is if it was botting or not. Lvl 1 toons being used on bluestacks/memu/nox isnt botting, using other outside softwares that automatically do in-game actions are botting.

I use Memu, I dont care saying it. Does otm ban me for it? No, I use it to log one more toon, its my laptop being another device, definitely not a bot.

I dont collect hunter remains so personally havent seen these toons on Belenus, would be glad if OTM clarified if using apps like Memu/bluestacks/nox are botting, because I know many players on Belenus using those, and I dont intend on getting banned for something like that.

EDIT: Im not the botter, dont know who is, dont care. If anyone tried to conclude that from my post. Im literally the laziest person to bot, but I use memu, and I dont want to be banned for that.

I use MeMu also, my PC can't support that many, but yeah it's totally possible that that could be one individual. I've done similar things (multi-box camping not botting) on a smaller scale for when we were running frozens with minimal timers (limited success, but was kinda fun).

Im personally interested in knowing if any use of MeMu is banned or is it just optional botting in it and that alone is banned. Again, dont want to be considered as a botter too.

Using an emulator alone has never been a cause for a ban to my knowledge. However, any add-ons that automate tasks or dramatically alter the user interface are considered botting. (Is that a more clear distinction?)

Crim - there was a post just a few weeks ago about using emulators, related to the untimely release of Corrupted Gardens info / screenshots. I recall one of the admins saying it was ok to use emulators as long as you were not modifying / augmenting anything. Might want to search for that for more details, but I think you’re fine.

As stated by alisa, the topic has been discussed before. Though I don't know of the recent discussions I know that older discussions has led to the conclusion that emulators are okay and even led to talk about ch employees using emulators to run ch because of the convenience at work.
