Will Ostara begin on the Monday restart?

Or is there going to be a separate announcement when event is actually ending? Please give us more than 30 minutes notice like you did last event.
Server will not require a Monday restart but more details to follow on Ostara release! :)
Well there is a Monday restart on Android. Thanks for the advanced notice though.
