The Riverband regens 20 hp and energy per tick and this even brace ( forgot name but adds str) it regens 20 hp and energy per tick and it stacks, i can upload some pictures if you want

There's way better gear that doesn't have regen. Not sure why you think 20 regen every 5 seconds actually does anything

Other regens can help while farming or killing glad, with a small increase to leveling (minuscule)

20 every 5 seconds is nothing.

Energy and health regen are great for people who don't like to buy a lot of plat items for leveling or for bossing. It's essential for a half afk build which some use to farm/level. Usually when done well it's 90% of the dps while needing less than a third the plat items like pots idols and energy/health lix.

Even my level 140s have as much as 145 health regen, which really cuts down on using pots and the energy regen helps a lot with spamming skills. It's to the point I never even use any lix/pots. With 145 health regen and decent defense I actually heal a lot on mobs between thier skills. Before the stacking was nerfed it was possible to get over 300 health regen which was fairly op even on end game toons.

Besides the point that its good or not, but people said If it regens the same amount it wont stack :/.

sunshard brace of the River + Sunshard brace of the mountain = Both 20 energy and hp per tick, They dont stack. So only 20 regen

This Event Brace (140 req) + Sunshard brace of the mountain = both 20 energ regen and hp tick. And they stack. Makes 40 regen.

People said the dominate regens takes over or something.... But why does stack then haha

It's because the sunshard braces regens have a slightly different name, so its technically not the same regen, thus being able to stack.

Two items that go into the same slot (brace, ring) will not stack but you will get the higher. If one brace does 20 and another does 25 regen you will get the 25 regen not 45 regen.

Here it goes... when you equip a non sunshard regen item, a 'plus' symbol appears on your hotbar. If you click on that, it will say 'energy regen bracelet' etc. If you then equip, say, a regen ring, another plus symbol will appear with 'energy regen ring' on your hotbar. If you try to equip another regen brace other than a sunshard, you won't gain any more regen, since 'energy regen bracelet' is taken on your hotbar. Same applies to equipping two sunshard braces. Otm had a screw up, however, and called the sunshard braces regens 'beltane2014 regen bracelet'. When you try to equip both a sunshard brace and a different regen brace, the game thinks that they're two different types of regen, allowing it to stack as if you'd just equipped a regen ammy and regen brace.
