Given the number of people lixing and otherwise killing the 220 4* mobs I would venture a guess it's at or below 1/10,000.

Are there really four stat bracers. I was on celticheroes.net and saw it. It was titled as Godly Paradigm Spyrestone Bracer, added 150 to all four stats, and was lvl 225 req. Bet the drop rate is impossible for this.
