Level lock is OK the way it is. The real issue is that there are high levels that still need to kill lower level bosses. And that is because of major errors in the design. Snorri did not drop enough crowns, and still does. And no-more-endgame bosses like hrung and aggy still drop the best gear and are needed by lvl 220s.

It's hard to fix the game now. If I were OTM I would downscale everything to lvl 50 max, split the raid bosses in two groups, one middle level and the other end level, with gear useful only at the boss level.

More urgent fix remains to get rid of the snorri bottleneck.

The real problem I've seen with Snorri, even if you win the lock the loot table is so messed up sometimes it doesn't even seem the boss was worth killing. Having only a handful of druids and mages on my server compared to the countless other classes when 2 blue idols and a green urn drop it's pretty aggravating . Especially the way crowns drop off Snorri it makes you want to pull your hair our when you go 15 phs in a row get a 6* and get crappy drops. Hopefully dl drop rates are fixed and maybe otm can implement snorri dropping only crowns.

If snorri drop only crown would be great but back to the topic how do the people who leveled past 200 that need the dl mh or oh get them? When people abuse target lock stay at 180 and camp the boss 24/7. That's how target lock is flawed it can be abused. And to the point of this actual topic target lock has no place at ANY endgame boss they are endgame for a reason. U shouldn't have advantage of target lock at a boss like hrung should be best dps locks and kills period.

The analogy of working harder in a job to attain less than those who work less is surely going past those staunch level lock supporters. Obviously. Please don't be so biased.

It makes 0 sense why people would say that its our fault for leveling in losing bosses. Leveling increases your abilities, stats, skills, its a form to enjoy the game.

Shhhhh...we hadn't seen them arguing or brought up in 3 pages until now.

I'll be running for OTM office. If you vote on me, I will have snorri spawn immediately after being killed and will always drop 6 crowns for 1 week straight
