The bank and pack space is nice for the non plat buyers . I would say remove leystone fragments and add hotbar slots .

Remove character slots for goodness sakes , wtf am I supposed to do with all 12 characters on one account .

Seems dumb to me that sigils are being refunded at all. Unless you purchased them in the past month, I just don't see the point. Everyone benefited from them before the update, some even as long as two years. Frankly giving even half plat back is more than generous.

Ever hard the phrase "sigils are for life, not just for Christmas"

My theory is that if you have not bought a unfathomable load of plat your support tickets will be ignored.

What sort of company do not let you know the status of your support ticket? What sort of company do not tell you if your support ticket is rejected, just let you wait indefinitely ignoring you?

When I am told OTM has great customer support I can only wonder what people define as bad customer support.

admin please reply to me too lol, do u refund peoples sigils first? or do u follow the tickets by the date? cuz ive been waiting 8 days now to get my damn money back,(need refund on the silver helm and quiv (100req stuff) im not going to sell those cuz i want my money back so i can afford the golden ones. when i sended in a ticket like 5month ago then u answeared me directly in like 1 day, i know that youve been busy but i get frusterated when i hear that people got their refunds b4 me when i sended in the ticket b4 them -_- hope u dont ignore this post, thanks have a nice day

croquette my friend in my clan has got hes axe refunded so i bet it still works, but im kinda worried that they took it away cuz i havnt been getting a refund after i sent 7 tickets lol
