Once you reach level 180'you take the fishing rod quest from carrow from the guy standing at fiana, you have to find 3types of fish :aether pikes, auroral trouts and astral rays ( astral rays are the rarest) you get these fishes in vortex waters which spawns in 3 spots in all dal Riata.. One in carrow despoiler room water color red, one in fingals color purple and one in lir's reach northern peninsula ley to the right, you might get golden carps fish those are not used for any quests but you can sell them to vendor for 5k each.. There's like 4 quests before you take the godly fishing rod quest and after you get the godly rod you take the hand of nodded quest from otherworld which is the last fishing rod.. All quests requires same fishes but more numbers
