Speaking as someone who used to work in tech support, putting in multiple tickets for the same issue slows down the process for you and everyone else. Please be patient and know they look at every ticket. This thread seems crazy to me. I'm not sure why people are getting their sigils refunded. Sigils were not working like they always used to, but then again there are quite a few things that don't work exactly like they used to. This last patch helped out a lot with sigils, and it looks like the patch on Wednesday will help even more. Just give OTM some time to fix the issue before you start running around with your hair on fire.
Even if sigils don't work exacly like they used to, they still work out of combat. Which means that your regeneration rate between mobs is still increased. Which means less downtime between mobs. While this change has happened, I have been solo leveling thanks to the amount of sigils I have. I can regenerate my energy faster between mobs, meaning I can fight more mobs per minute, and get more xp per minute than if I did not have sigils. In my opinion, asking for a sigil refund is very short sighted. Having sigils still helps, and I wish they were put back in the store so that could buy more.
they kinda are by giving others b4 me even if i sended b4 the other ones, please stop hating and try to take ur time and understand lol, the wrong thing by them is that they dont follow the tickets by date, i would send one ticket but everytime i see someone getting b4 me when i sended b4 them i get frusterated thats why, and i have the right to send in tickets then cuz i get a feelin that they missed my ticket so i need to send one more, if u understand? mostly of u just like to play nice to the support and give me sh**? ik that i have right to get my refund if i sended it in b4 others, thanksYou slowed your own process down by sending multiple tickets , otm isn't to blame for your delay.
