People complain of poor graphics, ask for new components such as crafting etc that can't be done on old engine, complain about not having seasons etc god knows how many times. Otm takes all this feedback and suggestions and creates a whole new engine for us that can cater for such advances in the game just like we wanted. But no that's not good enough so let's complain about how long it's taking this smaller company to release the engine. Hang on what's this? The new engine is rushed to be released (your all complaining about the wait remember) and finally we can be happy right? Wrong, there's some bugs that prevent you from playing for a few weeks, so let's complain about that too yeah? Seriously you people need to pull your head in for 2 seconds and grow up.

Oh and before you go on about how I don't understand what your all going through, I play on iPod 4th gen so I too can't log on ATM except on the odd occasion I'm with my mate who has the game on his iPhone.

In all honesty the biggest mistake Otm has made was allowing so many ungrateful swine to download their game and create forum accounts.

You should never feel "grateful" for what you have. We are the customers. People who spend thousands of dollars are unable to play... They kicked half the player base to the curb and the one who can login expierience a glitchy game. They didn't need to rush it. Many people I talk to liked the old graphics anyways.

The ungrateful ness is referring to the fact that Otm has put countless hours into developing the changes requested by their customers and yet all people seem capable of doing is abusing their efforts, not even providing useful feedback majority of the time to help resolve the issues.
And yes your right many people have spent their money on this game (myself included) and cannot play due to older devices (once again, myself included) but that does not give them the right to abuse the company. Earlier this year another mobile mmo I played on my ipod completely shut down taking my thousands of dollars and hours along with it. Compared to that needing to upgrade device is nothing. And if all these people are spending thousands on game then they should be able to afford a newer device shouldn't they?

i was never in favor of a new engine. i knew it would be problematic from the start. people "abuse" the company because after countless requests, forum posts, etc. OTM has proven they don't listen very well to the players. How many times have people requested to take out random hat quests? eventually players stop politely posting topics and start being more persistent.

The abuse is not strictly targeted on OTM but the player base also. Many players including "customers" have to suffer with lag and not being able to play. not good for a video game company . the new engine simply doesnt work.
