Farewell Snow, here’s to many more seasons of Celtic Heroes

Looks like the game sneakily removed the snow a short while ago and I gotta say, it feels like the end of an exciting period for me and the start to another one. I played from 2011-2015ish then quit for several years and started completely fresh 2 months ago and have had such a great time. Glad to see Celtic heroes is still alive and well and improving and I’m stoked to reach the true end game! Today I was able to recover a bank character I had with party hats, covens, some old consumables, a grand cane of bats, and other random fashion items, and it brought back so much nostalgia I have for the game. I still have hopes I’ll be able to recover the rare items on my lost main, but if not may they rest in peace. Anywho I’ve gone off topic, just glad to be playing again and it’s exciting to see the game evolving!

TL;DR - Snow’s gone and the game is bumpin!

Thankfully yes the snow was hurting my eyes and of course put a little extra strain on the device you use.
Other seasons yes might be nice but as long as they don’t cause slowdown:)

Was kinda sad for me to see the snow gone because when I first played CH the snow was falling.

I have to agree that the snow has a special place for me too, I'd rather run a tad bit slower and keep the snow a little longer. Also can't you decrease the brightness or change the graphic effects if it's hurting your eyes?

I agree. Would be nice to have the snow a bit longer :)

I don’t think you can change brightness in game but you should be able to in the device settings... that’s what I do every time my eyes start to hurt and it helps a lot.

I really love the snow. I also love the rain in shalemont. I love to see raining in castle, fingal, lirs reach, stonevale and all the place.

Nooooo :(
The rain makes it so dreary (so maybe if there's a halloween event, spook it up and add rain), but otherwise -1 lol

I’d say +1 as long as the rain only came every once in a while and not 24/7 like Shalemont. I’ve suggested that once when I first started playing last year in a review and it sounds like changing weather is more complicated than it seems to be.

Awwh, I had this whole idea to give mages power ups depending on the weather. Sunny, summer boost fire, night or winter boost ice. Places in perpetual twilight and neutral weather (like OW) would have no difference. *toss* *trash bin ringing*

I’m sorry :( that would have been awesome, though!
